The deadline to sign up for Liberty, Victory, and Legacy Charter Schools’ annual lotteries is Friday, April 20. Each school’s lottery will determine its 2012-2013 waiting list. Although all three schools are Harbor Schools in Nampa, each school conducts a separate lottery for their waiting list. Therefore, those interested must sign up their children at each school one of the following ways:

n Complete the lottery form at each school during school hours, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday-Friday. Liberty is located at 9955 Kris Jensen Lane; Victory is located at 9779 Kris Jensen Lane; Legacy is located at 4015 S. Legacy Way.

n Go to the schools’ websites, www.libertycharterschool.com, www.victorycharterschool.com, www.legacycharterschool.net, and follow the instructions for submitting online or via email.

Parents or guardians can confirm that the schools received their lottery submissions by calling 466-7952 (Liberty), 442-9400, Victory; 467-0947 (Legacy). The schools will hold their lotteries on the following dates at 3:30 pm at their school: April 24 (Liberty), April 25 (Victory), April 26 (Legacy). The schools will be closed for spring break March 22-April 8. If a parent/guardian needs to complete the forms in a format other than English, or needs an interpreter to assist in completion, assistance will be provided.

Admissions are based on a lottery system.
Lotteries are held each spring for the following calendar year.
All students on the waiting list not currently enrolled will be re-lottered each year for the successive grade.
Once a student is enrolled they do not need to be re-lottered.
Any student who has exited the school and wishes to re-enroll will have to:
- petition the board.
- submit a new lottery card which will be added to the bottom of the current list.
- be lottered in the next lottery.
  
  This school provides a variety of services to students with special needs. These services include, but are not limited to the following: speech therapy, language therapy, occupational therapy, and specially designed educational supports. If you feel your student may qualify for special education services, or have questions regarding these services call the office @ 442-9400.
Victory's lottery to establish its waiting list for the 2012-2013 academic year will be held Wednesday, April 24, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. The lottery will be held at the school. The deadline to sign up for the lottery is Friday, April 20, 2012.
If your student's name draws a number for an open seat we will call you before May 1st.

Lottery Priority

First Priority is given to students with currently enrolled siblings (by birth, marriage, adoption, foster or guardianship status; legal documentation may be required). Students whose enrolled sibling(s) have withdrawn from Victory will be moved to the second priority list.
Siblings of a new student enrolled during the current school year will be transferred to the bottom of the current sibling lists for that year.
Second Priority is given to students residing within Victory Charter School's primary attendance boundary as follows:
The primary attendance area of Victory Charter School is:
North Boundary: The center of Lake Lowell Avenue (turning into E. Amity Avenue) to include only property on south side of road(s). [Approx. 3 miles north of school.]
East Boundary: The center of Happy Valley Rd. to include only property on west side of the road. [Approx. 3 miles east of school.]
South Boundary: The center of Missouri Rd/Kuna Rd to include only property on north side of road(s). [Approx. 2 miles south of school.]
West Boundary: The center of Midland Rd to include only property on east side of road. [Approx. 2 miles west of school.]
Third Priority is given to students residing outside of primary attendance zone, in the State of Idaho.
